Work Camping In Alaska ~ Kenai River Stream Watch Program ~ Trip 1 Part 1
The Kenai Stream Watch Program is an amazing program to look into if you are going to be spending time in Alaska during the summer. I will be uploading a detailed video about this program later. However, I wanted to give you an idea of a typical trip before I do so. With this program you get an awesome spot for free and have a prime location for fishing! Over the next three days I will be posting about our experience here.
Hope Alaska History ~ Cooking Salmon Dinner ~ Weboost Eqo Test Results
I know it is a bit odd to have me give the oral history of a place but it has been very difficult to get things lined up this summer. We explored the small town of hope and sat at the bar and had a beer while watching the sunset over the Turnagain Arm. Then, we have an awesome sockeye salmon dinner with veggies! The video picks up again the next morning as we leave the camp ground and I give the results of the Weboost Eco. We head out on another trip here in Alaska in our RV. This time we head to the small town of Hope! Tomorrow’s video will explain a bit more about the town. In this video we get ready to head out and unbox the Weboost Eqo and get some early readings to see if it helps us with our internet situation.

After the narrow roads of Jedediah Smith State Park we hit the coast again and plan our new route. We originally shoot for Golden Bear but find a nice location at Chinook RV Park along the Klamath River.

We leave one of our favorite boondocking spots ever to head towards California. We have plans to camp overnight in Jedediah Smith State Park but that does not go well!

Today we start at our Urban camping spot at Fred Myers. We discuss our new Tow kit and why we went with this one. Then we head towards Heceta Beach RV Park so G can get her run in and I can get some work done on the computer.

I wake up early and get a DJI Phantom flight video over the River Rim RV park. Later in the day G feels better and we explore Smith Rock and get some hiking in.

Being we have never really had much free time to explore we never realized how important it is to have a car for full time RV life! We boondock at a walmart and then head into the Bend to do some exploring.

We drive our RV through some of the construction of the Alcan Highway and get a rock thrown at us by a small truck! Then we finally arrive to Fort Nelson and explore and find a health food store for G!
