1First, grab a mason jar! We will be putting all the ingredients into the jar.
2Pour a little over 1 cup of Almond Milk into the jar.
3Add 1/3 cup of Chia Seeds
4Add 2 tbsp of Raw Cacao Powder (or less for a less rich chocolate flavor)
5Add 2 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter
6Add in heaping 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
7Pour in 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
8Add 1 tbsp (or more to taste) of Raw Unfiltered Honey
9Then shake, shake, shake (make sure the lid is on tight)!!! Once it looks fully mixed, stick it in the fridge overnight or at least about 4 hours. And there you go! You have a simple, on the go, nutrient snack! I like to eat mine as a healthy dessert and top with any fruit like raspberries or bananas! It is also super yummy with walnuts, chocolate nibs, or any other topping you want!
