1Cook Turkey Bacon until it's crumbly or to taste. Boil Brussels Sprouts until soft. Cut in half. Add olive oil and garlic to pan, cook for 30 seconds and add Brussels sprouts and bacon. Let sit until fragrant.
Chicken Balsamic
1Add 1 Tbsp. oil to the large skillet and brown the chicken, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a plate and add remaining oil to skillet. Add garlic, saute for 3 minutes. Return chicken to pan, add broth, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked thru. Serve with couscous prepared to package instructions.

That is a future plan of ours. At the moment we are trying to get storage/cooking gear sorted 🙂
