Baked Kale Chips

1 lbs Kale


1After washing the kale, rip it up into small pieces around this size.

2Add organic, cold pressed olive oil. Add just enough to coat the kale while not making it over saturated.

3Message the kale. This spreads the olive oil evenly over the kale. Additionally, massaging makes kale more nutritious and easier to eat.

4Add desired spices. We used sea salt, pepper and garlic lovers by Spice Gods.

5After placing the kale on a cooking pan bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
